This year’s Assembly fee includes the usual $495 plus the full cost of room and all meals. Here’s why: The Maritime Conference Center requires AUSCP to pay directly for the hotel guest rooms, meals consumed, taxes and service fees, etc. Your total costs will be lower than usual when you put registration, room, and meals for three nights and days (Monday – Tuesday -- Wednesday, June 22, 23, 24) together, whether you choose a Single or Double Room. The chart below gives you the totals.
Partial Payments will be accepted if you pay by check in installments. Full fee is due by May 26.
Monday Retreat Registration: This year’s Retreat on June 22 with Sr. Carol Zonn will begin at 10:30am and will include lunch at a cost to AUSCP of $37 per person. We ask those planning to participate to pay $26 of that cost. Those arriving later and not taking lunch do not need to pay that fee but are welcome to join the afternoon portion of the Retreat when they arrive.
Hotel Reservation: After you register for the Assembly, you will receive a link to the Maritime Conference Center’s reservation page. There you must give your name and the nights you plan to stay at MCC. This is necessary even though you are paying AUSCP for the 3 nights of the Assembly.
If you are signing up for a double room, you must each register the name of the second person when you register yourself.
To stay at the Maritime Conference Center any of three nights before or after the 3 nights of the Assembly, you will be personally charged for those nights when you arrive onsite at MCC’s hotel. Cost will be $159/day for a single and $209 for a double, breakfast and supper included. You must register no later than May 26th for before and after rooms at the Maritime Conference Center.
A discount of $16 is available if you pay in full by check by March 31, 2020. Send check to:

Cancellations of both registration and reservation can be made
up to 24 hours before the event with full refund of $-payments made,
minus our usual $50 administrative fee.
Registration Online: A registration page is available on the AUSCP website for payment by credit card. Because of PayPal fees, there is no discount when paying by credit card.
